Which materials are SnapDisplay made from?
The display is made by extruding Acrylic.

Where is SnapDisplay produced?
Our production lies with BWF in Germany. They have one of the most advanced processes for high quality and precision extrusion of acrylic. Their expertise is crucial in production of products based on our patent because the product function relies on extreme attention to precision.

Can I heat bend my own SnapDisplays?
No. Not only is it illegal but it is extremely difficult. Heat bending is a crude form of manufacturing, resulting in large variances in dimension. This form of production has been tested extensively with experts and results in more 70% failure.

Can I get custom SnapDisplays?
Yes. Our Three current profiles can be cut in virtually any length required. Custom widths are also possible but this requires new tooling and will only be economically viable with large quantities.
